It helps break down adhesions, improve mobility, and ease discomfort from tight shoulders, neck pain, lower back tension, sports strain, or postural stress. Best suited for clients who prefer focused pressure and want to address specific areas of tightness or restriction. - please note that Massage services are currently offered to women only. Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will not incur any charges. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session without any charge, provided the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.
