It helps break down adhesions, improve mobility, and ease discomfort from tight shoulders, neck pain, lower back tension, sports strain, or postural stress. Best suited for clients who prefer focused pressure and want to address specific areas of tightness or restriction.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will not incur any charges. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session without any charge, provided the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. Emergency Exception (members only): In the event of an emergency, you may be eligible for a one-time exception where only 25% of the session fee will be charged for a late cancellation. This exception can be used once during your membership period
