Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Late Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 26 hours or more before the session will not incur any charges.
Emergency Exception:
In the event of an emergency, you may be eligible for a one-time exception where only 25% of the session fee will be charged for a late cancellation. This exception can be used once during your membership period or once every six months for non-members.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your session without any charge, provided the rescheduling is done at least 26 hours before your original appointment time.

The following policy applies to all our Memberships:
- Each membership is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Members may cancel their membership once within the 6-month term and may rejoin only one (1) time during that same period.
- Session rollovers are valid only within the 6-month membership term. Any unused sessions after this period will expire.
- Members may gift their active or rollover sessions to friends or family within the 6-month period.
- All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable beyond the gifting allowance stated above.
